When you purchase an investment property through Pelican Realty & Co., we can introduce you to the affiliated management companies while you are still under contract instead of after you hold the keys. That means the management agreement, rent or rate analysis, marketing setup, and any make-ready work can be lined up in advance rather than started from scratch at closing.
What that produces is a head start on the process, not a guaranteed result. Occupancy, income, and timing depend on market conditions, the property's condition, how it is priced, seasonality, your own decisions as the owner, and the terms of the management agreement you sign. Neither company guarantees a tenant, a booking, an occupancy rate, or a level of income, and each decides independently whether to accept a property.
